Fresh bitter melon, also known internationally as bitter melon, is a distinctive vegetable with firm flesh and a distinctly bitter taste. This light green, elongated variety is used particularly in Chinese, Southeast Asian, and international cuisine.

It is ideal for stir-fries, soups, curries, sautéed vegetable dishes, and traditional Asian recipes. Depending on the preparation, the bitterness can be somewhat reduced by salting or soaking briefly.

100% fresh bitter melon

Depending on the variant: 250 g, 500 g, or 1 kg

Storage / Usage:
Store refrigerated and use as fresh as possible. Wash thoroughly before preparation, halve lengthwise, and remove seeds and the soft interior according to the recipe. Then slice and cook thoroughly.
