Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep well sealed after opening.

Preparation:
Wash the beans thoroughly before cooking and soak them in water for several hours or overnight. Discard the soaking water and then cook the beans in fresh water until completely soft. Ideal for curries, soups, stews, and bean dishes.
